Topman Personal Shopping is a free service where customers can request help from stylists to choose an outfit, or get a new season's wardrobe.
We collaborated with Topman and Google to bring the service and convenience of the in-store Topman Personal Shopping experience online.
Customers meet stylists online via Google+ Hangouts, where they’re able to discuss looks live, and go through specific items selected personally for them. They have a digital drawer where they can preview each item in detail, add it to their basket, and click to buy.
